Tea At Three run by Rhia, Kash and JK is a weekend sugar mission in Melbourne. Big homemade slices, pretty patisserie, and coffee with nutty, chocolate caramel notes. Afternoon tea is the full setup too, finger sandwiches, warm scones with jam and cream, then a parade of cakes on stands. Vegan and made without gluten bakes are on the counter, so nobody has to sit there watching everyone else have a better day.

GNC is turning two and they’re doing the sensible thing: getting everyone to bring their car so you can all stand around nodding at bonnets like it’s a language. There’ll be music on, food on site, and cake, which is obviously the real headline. Tram Shed Cafe’s doing a special menu for the day, breakfast bits first, then lunch from 12:00 PM. Free entry and parking, so you’ve got no excuse.
