Morning! This weekend has OakFest at Oakwood Park on Sunday with free entry, a hundred stalls, axe throwing, owls, and a dog show, which is either a great day out or a very specific fever dream depending on your tolerance for organised fun.

Dracula's Bazaar is at QUAD all weekend with gothic clothing, jewellery, dark art, and free entry across three days. Saturday has the Steam Rally at Elvaston Castle, an Italian Car Day at GNC, and an 80s Day Disco at The Church if the evening needs a second act.

Rumours of Fleetwood Mac are at Vaillant Live on Friday if you want to get the weekend started properly

OakFest returns to Oakwood Park for a free full afternoon of community festival with over a hundred artisan and charity stalls, street food, licensed bars from Leifs Bar and The Hoptimist, live music, and Oakwood's Got Talent on the main stage.

There's also axe throwing, crazy golf, fairground rides, inflatables, animal encounters with owls and reptiles, and a dog show for anyone whose Saturday plans weren't already complicated enough.

Dracula's Bazaar returns to QUAD for three days as part of Hot Goth Summer, bringing together independent sellers of gothic clothing, jewellery, fragrances, books, art and all manner of wonderfully dark finds.

Whether you're fully committed to the aesthetic or just leaving with a raven shaped candle you definitely didn't plan on buying, there's plenty to tempt you.

Free entry all weekend, with films and special events also running throughout QUAD as part of Hot Goth Summer.

Saturday Supper Club returns to its hidden dining room at Derby Market Hall with guest chef Arepita serving an exclusive three course menu that's completely gluten free.

If you're usually the person asking six questions before ordering, this is one of those rare evenings where you can simply choose your food and get on with enjoying it.

You'll be welcomed with a glass of fizz before three courses, with tea or freshly brewed coffee to finish. Wine selected by The Spirit Run will be available on the night, with vegan and vegetarian options if booked in advance.
